Service, Pricing & Refund Policy

Welcome to BREMJ Wellness. We are committed to providing high-quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation services. To ensure transparency and maintain the highest standards of care, the following policies apply to all services rendered at our centre located in Decathlon Toppen, Johor Bahru.
1. Standard Service Rates
All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). To provide the best value, our clinical assessments are bundled within your treatment session.
Physiotherapy Treatment Session: RM 200 (45-minute session)
Includes: Initial clinical assessment (for first-time visits) and manual therapy/exercise-based rehabilitation.
Sports Massage: RM 150 (60-minute session)
Specialized Treatments: Fees for specialized services (e.g., Scoliosis specific treatment programs) are available by appointment and follow a separate clinical protocol.
2. Promotions & Price Adjustments
Promotional Offers: BREMJ Wellness frequently offers promotions, including lucky draws, discount vouchers, and seasonal packages. These promotional rates are valid only for the stated duration and cannot be combined with other offers.
Price Changes: Standard rates are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a session is booked or a package is purchased, the price is locked and will not be affected by subsequent price increases.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We operate on a professional appointment system. When you book a session, that time is dedicated exclusively to your care.
Notice Period: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session rate.
No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice, the full session fee may be charged or the session will be deducted from an existing pre-paid package.
4. Refund Policy
For the cancellation of pre-paid packages, the refund amount shall be the remaining balance after deducting:
Completed Services: Fees for services already rendered (sessions completed) are non-refundable.
Pre-paid Packages: Should you wish to cancel a pre-paid multi-session package, you are entitled to a refund for the unutilized portion of the package, subject to the following conditions:
Utilized Sessions at Standard Rate: Any sessions already used will be charged at our Standard (Non-Discounted) Rate (RM 200 for Physio / RM 150 for Massage) rather than the discounted package rate.
Administrative Fee: A processing and administrative fee of 5% of the total package purchase price (as per Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act 1999).
Example Calculation: If a client buys a 10-session Physio package for RM 1,800 (RM 180/session) but cancels after using 2 sessions:
o Total Paid: RM 1,800
o Deduction 1 (2 sessions × RM 200 standard rate): RM 400
o Deduction 2 (5% Admin Fee of RM 1,800): RM 90
o Total Refund Issued: RM 1,310
Refund Method: * Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, E-wallet, etc.) where possible.
For transactions exceeding 180 days or where the original gateway is unavailable, the refund will be issued via Bank Transfer to an account matching the client’s registered name.
Processing Time: Please allow 14 to 21 business days for the refund to be finalized and reflected in your account.
5. Walk-in
Walk-in Customers: While we welcome walk-ins, sessions are subject to therapist availability. We strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
6. Clinical Disclaimer
All treatments are performed by qualified professionals. Outcomes may vary based on individual physical conditions and adherence to prescribed exercise programs. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a condition is deemed outside our scope of practice or requires urgent medical intervention.
